Chief Legal Officer:

The Responsibilities for this position is to take care of legal matters, ensure all rules and laws are followed, manage disagreements or conflicts, and offer clear advice on legal issues to help make the right decisions.

The required Qualifications for this position include Law degree (LLB/LLM/Barrister-at-Law), at least 15 years of experience, including 5 years in a leadership role. Experience in High Court and dealing with government and other law enforcement agencies is required.

Chief (Information Technology & Systems):

The Responsibilities for this position is to take care of computer systems, manage technical tasks, handle IT equipment and networks, and protect data from risks.

The required Qualifications for this position include Degree in Information Systems, System Engineering, or related field, with at least 15 years of experience, including 5 years in leadership. Knowledge of software, languages, and business advancements is important.

Chief Supply Chain Management Officer:

This is the responsibility of this position seeker to manage the purchase, keep an eye on supply chain activities, and provide efficient transportation.

The required Qualifications for the Supply Chain Management Officer’s position needs at least 15 years of supply chain management experience, along with an MBA or MS in supply chain. Excellent communication skills and an understanding of the latest trends are needed.

Chief Internal Auditor:

Chief Internal Auditor’s task is to conduct audits, develop risk management plans, and ensure internal controls.

Qualifications for this position are CA/CPA/ACMA/ACCA or MBA (Finance), with at least 15 years of experience, including 5 years in a leadership role.
