Key Responsibilities

  • Enhance the SME portfolio of the Regional Office by introducing new relationships and deepening the existing portfolio.
  • Market, initiate and prepare proposals, arrange approvals, and complete documentation until funds are disbursed.
  • Analyze the region’s SME portfolio by closely monitoring financing relationships to ensure compliance with SBP and bank policies, risk, and yield criteria.
  • Review SME credit proposals submitted by areas/branches.
  • Monitor the utilization of approved SME financing facilities and analyze the financial health of clients and the industry/segment dynamics of the entire region.
  • Analyze financial statements of borrowers to assess creditworthiness.
  • Visit clients to assess business operations and prepare visit reports.
  • Complete facility and security documents as per approval, ensure compliance with Shariah guidelines, and follow the process flow.
