- Girdawar (BPS-16)
- Retired government revenue officials with previous experience as Girdawar.

- Patwari (BPS-14)
- Retired government officials with relevant Patwari experience in land settlement and revenue processes.
- Alternatively, candidates with an FA/F.Sc qualification and a Patwari course certificate, along with three years of experience in land settlement/revenue, are also eligible.
